Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Boutique management requires in-store presence to coach teams and uphold standards

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique (Inventory, Shipping/Receiving, Alterations, Facilities, Security, Staffing, Compliance, Expenses)
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to drive strategic initiatives and efficiency
• Lead operational staff and coach the team to deliver flawless service
• Foster a positive working environment emphasizing feedback, diversity and teamwork
• Be the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools for the boutique
• Lead projects and manage budgets/expenditures for the boutique
