Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager in Boca Raton to oversee boutique operations and ensure an exceptional client experience. The role requires ownership of SOPs, systems, and tools, plus collaboration with the Home Office and Boutique Leaders to drive efficiency and growth.

You will lead operations staff, coach teams, and maintain boutique standards while supporting budget and forecasting for the location. A strong focus on inclusion and client service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards, and deliver elevated client service.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
• Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly.
• Be the ultimate expert on Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools to act as a resource for the Boutique Team.
• Lead a team through various projects and take initiative.
• Assist in managing the budget and forecasting expenditures for a multi-faceted Boutique.
