Nestlé Nespresso USA in Nashville’s Green Hills Mall is seeking a Retail Stock Associate to keep the boutique running smoothly by maintaining an organized stockroom, managing inventory, receiving shipments, and supporting the sales team with product availability.

This full-time retail role combines stock duties with customer-facing service, emphasizing accuracy, pace, and loss-prevention practices to ensure customers can always find their favorite coffees and accessories.

Qualifications

• Experience running a functional retail stockroom.
• Ability to manage inventory and receive shipments.
• Support for sales team with product availability.

Responsibilities

• Back of House Functions: process inbound/outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: maintain organized stockroom for easy location of products by sales team.
• Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist on the sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique environment and assist with loss prevention.
