Job summary

CHANEL in Las Vegas seeks a Boutique Director to lead the boutique, build an exceptional team, and deliver outstanding client service. You will coach leaders, drive performance, and partner with Home Office to achieve sales targets while upholding CHANEL’s image and standards.

In this role you will lead with inclusion, foster a positive culture, manage a team with in-store presence, and represent CHANEL in local events and partnerships to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• In-store leadership and coaching experience is required.
• Boutique management with presence to develop and coach teams and uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop boutique staff to deliver elevated client service.
• Coach leaders and manage direct reports and assigned responsibilities.
• Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with Home Office to increase sales.
• Represent CHANEL in the market through community involvement and events.
• Uphold boutique image and operational standards with agility and resilience.
