Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA in Orlando invites applications for a Boutique Operations Manager who will oversee daily store functions, inventory, safety and compliance, and support both back-of-house and front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead a small team, partner with the Boutique Manager, drive efficiency through process improvements, and ensure health and safety standards while maintaining a welcoming boutique atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in retail or customer service
• Experience in operations or back of house preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Operations and Inventory Management: oversee inventory, safety protocols, cash operations, and stock control to maintain accurate levels and handle shipments and damaged goods
• IT Systems Management: troubleshoot tech issues and manage IT support tickets; ensure equipment is operational for back-of-house operations
• Store Services: train employees on coffee roaster, engraver, and tasting bar
• Omni Services Coordination: manage same-day delivery and online in-store pickups
• Operational Efficiencies: identify improvements to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction while following safety rules
• Compliance Oversight: audits and inspections to uphold health, safety, and environmental policies; ensure CPR/food safety certifications where required
• Team Leadership and Development: lead back-of-house team of 2, support MOD for front-of-house, drive experiences
• General Support: assist leadership on projects as needed
