Nestlé Nespresso SA in Seattle's Washington Square boutique is seeking a Boutique Operations Manager to lead daily store functions, oversee inventory, and uphold safety and compliance. You will partner with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to guide back‑of‑house and support front‑of‑house operations.

You will drive operational efficiency, train and coach a 2‑person team, manage IT systems and omni services, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in retail or customer service
• Experience in operations or back-of-house preferred
• Ability to lead and influence people; prior leadership preferred
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to work

Responsibilities

• Operations and Inventory Management: partner with Boutique Manager to ensure adherence to procedures and safety, manage cash, stock, shipments, and damaged products
• IT Systems Management: troubleshoot issues, manage IT support tickets, ensure equipment operability
• Store Services: train employees on the coffee roaster, engraver, and tasting bar
• Omni Services Coordination: manage same-day delivery and online in-store pickups
• Operational Efficiencies: identify improvements and implement Total Quality Management and safety practices
• Compliance Oversight: audit safety policies, ensure certifications in Food Safety and CPR where required
• Team Leadership and Development: coach a 2-person back-of-house team and act as MOD for front-of-house
• General Support: assist leadership with projects and tasks
