Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Boutique Operations Manager for our Orlando Nespresso boutique. This role partners with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to oversee daily store functions, inventory control, and safety/compliance to elevate both employee and customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in retail or customer service and a proven leadership track, with strong operations sense and tech savviness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in retail or customer service
• Experience in operations or back of house preferred
• Proven ability to lead and influence people

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and inventory with Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager
• Maintain safety protocols and compliance, manage cash operations
• Train and guide back-of-house team; support front-of-house as MOD
