Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso SA in Seattle is seeking a Store Manager for our Nespresso boutique at University Village. You will lead a high-performing team to optimize sales, service, and operations, delivering a seamless customer experience and embodying the brand values.

As the face of the brand, you will drive performance with innovative store strategies, develop talent through coaching, and connect with the community to grow the boutique’s impact in our global coffee story.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in fast-paced or luxury retail
• 3+ years supervisory experience in people management and development of direct reports
• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education)
