Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own all boutique operational functions, including inventory, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, and expense management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to drive efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and coach operational staff to deliver flawless client service.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture with strong feedback and teamwork.
