Job summary

Cartier in New York seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to support 360 boutique openings, relocations and renovations across North America. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operational readiness.

You will track timelines, manage meetings, and maintain dashboards, with a focus on data accuracy and clear stakeholder accountability. Experience in luxury retail or boutique development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, consulting, retail, or operations.
• Exposure to luxury retail / boutique development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of boutique openings and renovation projects across priority markets.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all project phases.
• Identify risks and elevate deviations to ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate with HR, Client, Retail Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Organize project meetings and ensure proper follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Maintain clear visibility on responsibilities and deadlines across stakeholders.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and dashboards.
• Consolidate updates and support preparation of executive reporting materials.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools.
• Apply and maintain project management tools, templates, and ways of working.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination processes.
