Job summary

Cartier North America in San Francisco seeks an Operations Coordinator to oversee boutique operations, ensure compliance, and support daily transactional and inventory activities. You will implement policies, optimize processes, and partner with teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

In this fast-paced luxury environment, you will manage opening/closing, shipments, and stock movements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail operations is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP.
• Ability to manage inventory and transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutique policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate opening/closing procedures.
• Manage product movement, shipments, transfers, and stock controls.
• Monitor daily sales and paperwork accuracy.
• Support ecommerce and other transactional flows for smooth operations.
• Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Collaborate with management to meet KPIs.
