Job summary

Cartier North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Development to lead end-to-end retail development projects across North America, from initial brief through boutique opening. You will act as the central orchestrator across multiple functions to ensure strategic alignment, governance, and successful execution of new openings, relocations, and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique project briefs, business cases, and validation through HQ.</br>Coordinate 360 boutique openings, relocations and expansions across North America.
• Establish governance, ownership, and RACI models for project lifecycles.
• Drive readiness from 18 months pre-opening to post-opening stabilization and launch.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting standards to monitor progress and risks.
