Job summary

The Elmore Hotel in Dallas’ Southlake district seeks a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and complete nightly financial reporting. The role ensures accurate reconciliation, security, and guest service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, balance and close of daily revenue, and coordination with housekeeping and security to maintain a calm, secure overnight environment. Previous boutique-hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience at front desk or night audit in luxury/boutique hotels.
• Strong attention to detail in financial/audit tasks.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
• Balance and close daily revenue, taxes, and payments per policy.
• Prepare and distribute daily audit reports for management.
• Execute front desk duties overnight, including check-in/out.
• Serve as overnight point of contact for guest requests and issues.
• Communicate professionally with guests regarding overnight inquiries.
• Monitor lobby, maintain secure overnight environment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and bell services.
• Ensure timely delivery of amenities and service recovery items.
• Respond to emergencies following safety procedures.
• Maintain confidential guest and financial records.
• Verify room status and rates with Front Office and Revenue teams.
• Prepare front desk area for morning shift and ensure professionalism.
