Topbrassdallas is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly transactions, manage front desk duties during overnight hours, and ensure smooth hotel operations while delivering excellent guest service. You will check guests in and out, prepare daily reports, handle inquiries, and coordinate with the next shift to maintain security and service standards throughout the night.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance financials.
• Check guests in and out with proper room assignments and requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about services and local area.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Monitor hotel security during the night and respond to emergencies.
• Process financial transactions including cash handling and card processing.
• Communicate important information to the next shift and management.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization; provide wake-up calls.
• Troubleshoot basic hotel equipment and escalate as needed.
