Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift and handle check-ins and reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create Daily Flash Reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Resolve issues with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word documents as needed.
