Kessler Hotels seeks a Restaurant Server at Beaver Creek Lodge Autograph Collection to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a mountain luxury setting. You will receive and deliver orders, maintain station cleanliness, and assist with upselling beverages and menu items.

The role requires excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. A flexible schedule and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel/related field experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Move throughout dining area while carrying full trays.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Teamwork and guest service orientation.
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain appearance and grooming in line with standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and collect payment.
• Upsell food, beverage, and promotional items to guests.
• Know menus and current specials; operate the POS system.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and side-work duties.
• Keep tables and side stands stocked, tidy, and clean.
