Kessler Collection seeks a Night Auditor at the Beaver Creek Lodge Autograph Collection to reconcile cashier transactions and compile management reports. You will ensure accurate guest billing and city ledger records, while assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations.

Responsibilities include auditing financial reports, distributing daily and month-end statements, and maintaining high guest service standards consistent with our luxury hotel operations.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Mansioni

• The Night Auditor reconciles hotel cashier transactions and prepares management reports.
• Ensures accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
• Performs guest services duties including check-in, check-out, and reservations.
• Audits and reconciles financial and statistical reports and distributes daily/month-end reports.
