Job summary

Kessler Hotels in Charlotte seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive, courteous service to guests, take and deliver orders, and process payments. You will upsell items and maintain clean, organized service areas in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexible hours, and the ability to multitask across dining outlets, with training on P.O.S. systems and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and collect payment.
• Upsell food, beverage and promotional items to guests.
• Maintain tables, stations, and service areas clean and well stocked.
• Follow hotel standards and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
