Job summary

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa in Colorado is seeking a capable restaurant server to join our team. You will welcome guests, take menu orders, present beverage pairings, and ensure a seamless dining experience through attentive service.

The role requires at least 1 year of server experience, preferably in fine dining, plus strong verbal communication and stamina to work busy shifts. We offer meals, benefits after 30 days, and growth opportunities within Hyatt.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a server, preferably in a fine dining environment.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including AM and PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• The starting rate for this position is $12.14 plus tips. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
• Our Restaurant and cocktail servers will be cross trained in our 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill as well as our upscale lobby bar area, Brass Bear Bar Lounge.
• Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences.
• Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
