Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of two years driving experience.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the hotel entrance with a smile and warm welcome.
• Open doors, assist with luggage, and direct guests to the front desk or other areas as needed.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring keys are safe and properly tagged.
• Assist guests with directions and information about the property.
• Coordinate transportation for departing guests and maintain porte cochere cleanliness.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and report safety issues as needed.
