Hotel Phoenix at Centennial Yards in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to streamline communications between housekeeping, front office, and engineering. This full-time role requires organizing room assignments, logging requests, and ensuring excellent guest service.

You will manage room statuses in HMS, assign tasks to attendants, handle guest requests, and maintain filing systems. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with emphasis on hospitality and accuracy.

Formación

• Prior administrative or coordinator experience in hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (HMS a plus).
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assign and update room statuses in the HMS system.
• Act as main contact in housekeeping coordination.
• Assign rooms to House Attendants and Dispatch staff.
• Support day-to-day efficiency of operations.
• Log guest calls with actions and personnel details.
• Handle guest requests for Laundry and other services.
• Transfer calls to relevant departments.
• Page staff using the paging system.
• Organize the housekeeping office and manage admin tasks.
• Take key inventory and report missing keys.
• Run in-house guest and checkout lists from the PMS.
• Monitor rooms being released and track guest items.
