Hilton Atlanta is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team in downtown Atlanta. The hotel features 1,249 rooms and extensive event space, with proximity to I-75, Peachtree Center, MARTA, and ATL.

You will support the Housekeeping Department by dispatching requests and handling office tasks, helping create memorable guest stays. The role emphasizes hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership, with daily duties including coordinating requests, maintaining records,

• Coordinate service requests: Respond promptly to incoming requests from guests and team members and efficiently dispatch appropriate service
• Maintain service records: Log, track, and close service requests in the work order and/or property management system
• Communicate room availability: Partner with Housekeeping and Property Operations teams to ensure the Front Office is notified of all vacant/ready rooms
• Support office operations: Handle general office duties such as processing paperwork, scheduling staff, managing payroll, conducting inventory, maintaining equipment, and tracking guest feedback

Hilton Atlanta and Towers is looking to welcome a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team! Our hotel featuring 1249 rooms and over 130,000 sq feet of event space, is located downtown near I-75, connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport. Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Rooms and Guest Services. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you’re not just providing dispatch services and office support to the Housekeeping Department – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
