Flor de India is seeking an experienced Boutique Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day operations in San Juan. This hands-on role requires balancing guest experience with operational oversight and the ability to drive performance across departments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in hotel management, experience in boutique properties, and strong leadership, communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. On-site leadership with ownership collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Experience in a boutique, independent, lifestyle or similarly guest-focused property preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple hotel functions, ideally including Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Proven experience leading and developing a hospitality team.
• Comfortable working hands-on within a small property environment, not just in a department.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a visible, accessible presence throughout the property for guests and team members.
• Oversee guest journey from reservation through check-out, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other functions for cohesive operation.
• Manage day-to-day staffing, scheduling, purchasing and inventory.
• Lead vendor relationships and ensure property adheres to standards and SOPs.
• Provide coaching and ongoing performance feedback to the hotel team.
