Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Miami Beach seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a memorable stay.

You will manage PBX calls, handle guest messages, and coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, and Valet to deliver outstanding service. A high school diploma and flexible schedule are required; prior front desk or customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local area, services and attractions helpful.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure with high guest turnover.
• Familiar with hotel systems and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Register and check-out guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage PBX operations and guest messages.
• Handle mail and message services for guests.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel and create memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff and Valet.
• Follow hotel policies and maintain cash drawer and security procedures.
