Genesis Hospitality and Dining LLC is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager for an upscale boutique hotel and restaurant. The role requires leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.

You will oversee the Front Desk, manage reservations, supervise staff, and ensure policy compliance while supporting the General Manager. The position offers growth opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic, professional work

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the Front Desk
• Monitor and maintain store inventory pars
• Maintain a very clean work environment
• Monitor daily reservations and make confirmation phone calls as appropriate
• Record all deliveries (paper, produce etc) and any errors
• Coach and support new and existing staff members
• Handle customer reservations and requests over the phone
• Make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
• Support General Manager as applicable
• Other duties as assigned
