Genesis Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Manager for an upscale boutique hotel and fine dining venue in Princeton, New Jersey. This is a Full-Time, team-oriented role requiring courtesy, leadership and a focus on exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will oversee Front Desk operations, manage staff, handle reservations, and ensure a clean, professional environment. Flexibility to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform all duties of the Front Desk
• Monitor and maintain store inventory pars
• Maintain a very clean work environment
• Monitor daily reservations and make confirmation phone calls as appropriate
• Record all deliveries (paper, produce etc) and any errors
• Coach and support new and existing staff members
• Handle customer reservations and requests over the phone
• Make sure all employees follow company policies and guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
• Support General Manager as applicable
• Other duties as assigned
