Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Santa Monica is seeking a personable Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, support agents, and ensure personalized guest service from arrival.

You will lead staff, resolve issues, and work with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver a seamless, stylish guest experience that reflects the property's charm.

This is a leadership role in a warm, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years hotel front desk experience required.
• OPERA system experience (1 year) preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front desk staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and handle guest requests or concerns promptly.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service and upholding hotel standards.
• Train and mentor new team members as needed.
• Monitor shift operations, delegate tasks, and ensure team efficiency.
• Assist with reservations, billing, and room assignment coordination.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest readiness.
• Address operational issues or guest escalations with professionalism and care.
