Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is looking for a friendly Front Desk Agent at Palihotel Westwood Village in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will provide world-class service during check-in, assist guests with inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Must have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a minimum of two years experience in guest reception, preferably in a luxury hotel. The position offers a flexible schedule, professional development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience within guest reception or a similar position preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to input and access information in the property management system.
