CHANEL in Palm Beach Worth Ave seeks a Boutique Director to lead the boutique as brand ambassador and develop an exceptional team delivering superior client service. Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends and some holidays.
Boutique management: in-store presence to develop and coach teams and uphold standards.

Responsibilities

Lead boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences.
Develop boutique leadership and mentor the team.
Partner with Home Office to drive sales and strategic initiatives.
Represent CHANEL in the market and grow the client base.
Ensure boutique image and operational standards are maintained.
