CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Director to lead the boutique team and serve as brand ambassador in a dynamic retail environment in Orlando. You will coach leaders, drive superior client service, and work with Home Office to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining CHANEL standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related boutique leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred to lead at the CHANEL level.
• Strong focus on client experience and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the boutique team to deliver elevated client service.
• Coach and mentor leaders to drive sales targets and operational standards.
• Represent CHANEL and build client relationships through partnerships and events.
• Ensure boutique image and brand standards are upheld while managing staff.
