Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Director for the DC City Center to lead as brand ambassador, building a high-performing team that delivers an elevated client experience and consistently exceeds sales targets in a dynamic luxury environment.

You will coach leaders, foster an inclusive, collaborative culture, partner with the Home Office to devise strategic initiatives, engage with the local community, and represent CHANEL through events and partnerships that expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, diversity, teamwork.
• Develop boutique leadership and empower reports.
• Achieve business goals with Home Office partnership to increase sales.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client base through events.
