Job summary

CHANEL in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager, Client Development to serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, delivering extraordinary experiences for clients and the internal team. You will coach a diverse team, develop our client base through community engagement and partnerships, and equip the Boutique Leadership Team with essential business knowledge to drive results.

This role requires a hands-on approach on the selling floor, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a passion

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lb
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team to deliver elevated client experiences on the selling floor
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, diversity, mutual respect and teamwork
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery
• Represent CHANEL in the market and grow the client base through partnerships and events
