CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Director to lead the DC City Center Boutique, serving as brand ambassador and guiding a diverse team to deliver superior client service. You will recruit and mentor leaders, drive sales, partner with Home Office on strategic initiatives, and cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture capable of exceeding targets.

Minimum 7 years of experience, Bachelor’s preferred; hybrid schedule with some evenings/weekends.
