Richemont Iberia SL in Miami, FL is seeking a Deputy Boutique Manager to assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations, motivate the team, and drive exceptional service while hitting sales targets.

You will lead sales efforts to Prospects, Repeat and VIP clients, train staff on Maison History, policies, and product knowledge, and ensure payroll and commissions align with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Autonomous with excellent communication and team leadership.
• Strong adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and support retail initiatives to generate revenue and hit sales targets.
• Lead the sales team to improve performance across Prospects, Repeat and VIP clients.
• Train staff on Maison History, RNA policies and product knowledge.
• Schedule coverage, monitor KPIs, and manage payroll/commissions.
• Develop client relationships and sustain VIP engagement with CRM tools.
• Ensure boutique operations and safety guidelines are followed.
