Job summary

Brobston Group in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in daily operations, elevate client service, and help achieve sales targets through team leadership and development.

You will coach staff, coordinate scheduling and performance feedback, oversee operations including safety, payroll, and visual merchandising, and drive client acquisition while maintaining VIP relationships; you may lead in the Boutique Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of management experience in luxury retail.
• Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and store openings and closings.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support the team in meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with coaching, scheduling, performance feedback, and team development.
• Support boutique operations, including safety, finance, payroll, reporting, and visual merchandising standards.
• Drive client acquisition and development, maintain VIP relationships, and support client activations.
• Lead the boutique in the Boutique Manager's absence.
