Job summary

Brobston Group in Miami is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to partner with the Boutique Director to lead boutique sales and operations, drive targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role develops the team, builds client relationships, and supports a culture of service excellence.

You will develop the team, build client relationships, and support a culture of service excellence through coaching, omnichannel engagement, and events.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
• 2-3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom or similar video-telephony tools.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations with diplomacy.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
