Jaeger-LeCoultre Miami is seeking a Deputy Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in daily operations, drive service excellence, and help achieve sales targets.

You will motivate the team, manage scheduling, train staff on Maison history, product knowledge, and CRM usage, and ensure KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management experience in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct the team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and develop VIP clients.
• Ensure staffing coverage and KPI achievement.
• Maintain brand standards and store operations in the Boutique Manager's absence.
• Uphold RNA safety, security, and financial guidelines.
