Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Store Manager for the Prudential Center boutique in Boston. You will lead a high-performing team to optimize sales, service, and operations, delivering an inviting customer experience and representing the brand with passion.

You will recruit, develop, and coach staff, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while embodying Nestlé’s values and commitments to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in people management.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop people to drive a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Lead training initiatives to ensure knowledge and skills needed for an exceptional customer experience.
• Uphold the Nestlé culture and values, fostering an engaged and motivated team.
• Drive team performance by setting clear targets and guiding improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and manage inventory efficiently; collaborate with the District Manager on labor costs.
• Promote a safety-conscious culture and adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
• Maximize business opportunities through creative initiatives and customer loyalty programs.
• Think entrepreneurially to build community-building channels through collaboration.
• Be an agile coffee expert and share knowledge of our coffee and sustainability practices with customers.
