Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Store Manager for the University Village boutique in Seattle. You will lead a high‑performing team, shape the customer experience, and drive sales growth while aligning with our sustainability and brand values.

This role requires 4+ years in fast-paced retail and 3+ years of supervision. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage inventory, and partner with the District Manager on labor and operations, delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to travel as required.
