Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to organize and utilize time management and prioritization skills.
• A real passion for coffee, respect for sustainability, and curiosity to educate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and teach the team, delivering our House of Hospitality daily.
• Drive sales and service performance through daily coaching and effective communication.
• Motivate team performance, recognize contributions, and support store growth.
• Ensure operations, inventory, scheduling, and company processes are followed.
• Advise customers to identify their perfect coffee, offer tastings, and share our practices.
• Plan events to engage new customers and build brand recognition.
