Bacardi is seeking a Bottling Line Supervisor in Louisville to manage Angel’s Envy bottling operations, ensuring high efficiency and strict adherence to SOPs and safety standards. You will lead a team, from operators to contract staff, coordinating with maintenance and quality control for flawless production.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, continuous improvement, and strong communication across departments to meet quality and output targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 2-3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Must possess and exhibit strong ability to work cohesively with others to accomplish company objectives.
• Experience in beverage production and SAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan work schedules for a team across a day or week aligned with production schedules.
• Supervise Bottling Line and contract staff to meet production goals.
• Support Self Directed Teams initiatives and lead on Angel’s Envy Bottling Lines.
