Job summary

You will interpret bottling processes, coordinate with Maintenance, QC and Winemaking, monitor downtime and efficiency data, enforce sanitation and safety practices, train staff, and drive continuous improvement across the line; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years advanced experience in bottling operations.
• Experience managing staff on production lines.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and packaging workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bottling line operations and staff.
• Ensure safety regulations and systems are followed.
• Track inventories of bottling materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate Preventive Maintenance with Maintenance Department.
• Maintain quality standards and address quality issues with QC and Winemaking teams.
• Monitor downtime and efficiency data, drive continuous improvement.
• Train and develop bottling staff; enforce SOPs and packaging procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments (Quality, Safety, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance).
