Job summary

Sazerac Company, Buffalo Trace Distillery in Franklin County, Kentucky, seeks a Bottling Supervisor to lead daily bottling line operations and supervise production teams. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time, within-budget delivery in a fast-paced distillery environment.

You will monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, and yields, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and Engineering to optimize processes and reduce waste across bottling lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bottling line operations to meet production plans while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, yields, and throughput; drive continuous improvements.
• Direct, coach, and develop hourly production associates to improve engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Support audits, documentation, and regulatory/compliance activities as required.
