Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bottling line operations to meet production plans with safety, quality and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs like OEE, downtime, yields, and throughput; drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop hourly production associates for safety and performance.
• Ensure OSHA, FDA, TTB and internal compliance.
• Support audits and maintain production documentation.
