Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Bottling Line Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on our Angel’s Envy bottling lines. You will schedule work, supervise line operators and contractors, and ensure production goals and quality specs are met while upholding safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor staff in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with effective training abilities.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules for a team within their area of responsibility.
• Supervise Bottling Line employees and contractors to meet production goals.
• Support Self Directed Teams initiatives and safety policies.
• Oversee bottling line operations and ensure quality standards.
• Perform SAP functions and generate required production paperwork.
• Drive problem solving, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
