Job summary

Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky is seeking a Bottling Supervisor to lead daily bottling line operations, coach hourly teams, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across shift runs. You will monitor OEE, downtime, yields, and throughput, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and Engineering to reduce waste and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with written and verbal ability.
• Proven problem-solving, prioritization, and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with production software or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottling line operations to meet production plans while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, downtime, yields, throughput) and drive continuous improvements.
• Direct and develop hourly production associates for engagement and performance.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety policies, conduct safety audits and incident investigations.
• Maintain GMP and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive performance and implement improvements.
• Utilize ERP and production software to track metrics and manage workflow.
