Job summary

Heaven Hill Brands in Bardstown, KY, is seeking a Bottling Production Platform Lead on 2nd shift to lead and execute production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and reliability while driving TPM initiatives and continuous improvement across the platform.

You will supervise frontline production teams, coordinate with Maintenance and Quality, manage the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process, and drive performance metrics to meet throughput and quality targets on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-level safety initiatives and reinforce a strong safety culture, including executing and/or coaching Behavior-Based Safety Observations
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Actively identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks and hazards within the platform.
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing recordable incidents and improving TCIR performance.
• Lead safety and environmental investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions when incidents occur.
