Job summary

Heaven Hill is seeking a Direct Labor Senior Associate at the Deep Eddy Vodka production facility in Buda, TX. The role supports the Bottling Line Lead to keep the line running smoothly during operating hours and to ensure bottle quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities include assisting in operating decisions, training new line workers, mentoring teammates, and performing line work as needed. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and strong attention to product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a line or assembly operator capacity.
• Knowledge of and ability to do all positions on the line.
• Deep knowledge of how the line runs and ability to assist with operating decisions.
• Keen eye for product and package quality requirements.
• Willingness and ability to work within the constructs of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with team members and Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Support Bottling Line Lead to keep the line running smoothly.
• Inspect bottles for packaging quality throughout production.
• Take shifts in and operate any position on the line as needed.
• Assist in training new line personnel.
• Lead the assigned line team when Lead is out.
• Assist in overseeing the line to ensure a quality bottling process.
• Complete bottling summaries at end of shift.
• Collaborate with Bottling Line Lead on deficiencies and pack performance.
