Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-volume pastry production or similar kitchen environment.

• Willingness to learn and improve pastries.

Responsibilities

• Operate bakery equipment such as deck ovens, proofers, rack ovens and fryers.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume production bakery.
• Maintain highest standards of product quality.
