Promera, a leading provider of environment management solutions, seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee crews at job sites and ensure safe, compliant execution of work. You will coordinate transport, materials, and equipment while liaising with operations, sales, and customer personnel.

The role emphasizes leadership, on-site supervision, and adherence to Promera-approved methods, with opportunities for training and career growth within the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English at grade 5 level.
• Minimum 24 months operations experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong background in successful project quality control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience interacting with clients in a professional capacity.
• Ability to work 100% independently.
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening and DMV check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews of technicians within a technical or construction work environment.
• Oversees timely and safe transportation of crew, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Acts as liaison between operations personnel, sales representatives and customer personnel at job sites.
• Directs, leads, motivates and disciplines technicians as required.
• Assists in performance reviews for technicians and senior technicians.
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensures materials and equipment are used safely and accounted for.
• Trains technicians as required.
• Performs other duties as required.
